  • Items original packaging may be  OPENED. This is so we can & INSPECT / TEST items prior to shipping.
  • Packaging is not “collector” grade and may have markings and or cosmetic damage.
  • Item may or may not have Informational insert.
  • We do our best to package items appropriately for shipping, balancing item protection with being good stewards of the environment by reusing and minimizing packing materials.

Costume Packaging

MANUFACTURE COSTUME PACKAGING is notorious for ripping / tearing. NEW COSTUMES MAY REQUIRE us to repackage them for shipping, and although are new may not arrive in their original packaging.

If you have specific requests, regarding the style of packaging for an item or wish to purchase a specific shipping service, add additional insurance coverage, or provide your own shipping label, please contact us prior to purchasing any item. 

Free Shipping:

Free Shipping (if applicable) tocontinental US 48 Only. Item may ormay not be shipped in original packagebased on weight.

Shipping Disputes, Damages & Claims:

By purchasing this item you agree to go through the shipping service processes available to recoup any losses or damage that may occur during shipping. 

In some cases, shipping services require the shipper (us) to submit the claim on an item.  If this is the case, buyers will provide needed evidence, typically pictures, for the claim and will afford us the additional time needed to complete a claim and issue a full or partial refund after the claim is completed.

We know how frustrating a damaged or defective item can be. We do our best to inspect & test all items prior to shipping. Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

We do not manufacture or produce the products we sell. If your item has a MANUFACTURING defect or damage you will need to reach out to the manufacture directly.
